Civil & Structural Engineering Consultants International (Pvt) Ltd, a leading structural engineering consultancy firm in Sri Lanka, is seeking valuable additions to its dynamic and enthusiastic team.
Location: Rajagiriya
Chartered Architects
- Suitable qualification from a recognize institute.
- Minimum 2-year experience working as Chartered Architect
- Four year experience working under a Chartered Architect or a reputed architectural consultancy firm.
- Experience in doing high rises, apartments, hotels, high-end retail, and office buildings.
- Sound knowledge on construction related issues, Building Services, Building and Planning Regulations.
- Experience in reviewing and preparing Approval, Tender and Construction Drawings.
- High computer literacy and knowledge on AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop and Lumion is essential. Knowledge on Revit will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Sinhala languages.
- Should be committed, self-motivated, task driven, hardworking person and ability to work with several projects simultaneously.
Graduate Architects
- Suitable qualification from a recognize institute.
- Minimum one year experience working under a Chartered Architect or a reputed architectural consultancy firm.
