ROOM SERVICE ORDER TAKER
We have an exciting opportunity for a Room Service Order Taker to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, In Room Dining, you will receive, order, and coordinate customer requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. A comprehensive understanding of the outlet's menu is essential, along with excellent telephone manners and the ability to upsell during every call. You will be responsible for creating a great first impression through a professional and welcoming voice tone, enhancing the overall guest experience.
