We are a CIDA grade CS2 Construction Company with over 65 years' experience in the Building, Road & Bridge sectors with ISO 9001-2008 & OHSAS 18001-2007 QMS Certification. We are looking for dynamic & self-motivated individuals to join us for the following post to our site in Kandy.
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kandy. The primary responsibility of this role will be the preparation of variations and claims for both civil and MEP projects.
Requirements
- BSc (QS) full-time course in a reputed university with 6 years or Diploma with 12 years' experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies and contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The successful candidate will be required to work closely with project teams and clients.
