Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize the supply chain process and achieve organizational objectives.
- Managing daily operations of the Supply Chain team from procurement, logistics, sales & marketing to optimize the operation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement industry best practices.
- Controlling inventory levels to meet manufacturing demand while minimizing carrying costs.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in supply chain management. Exposure to different areas in SCM will be an added advantage.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Supply chain and/or Logistics Management.
- An energetic and charismatic person with good interpersonal and negotiation skills able to liaise with both local and foreign parties
