Colombo Lotus Tower Management Company, a state-owned enterprise, is entrusted with the management and optimization of the iconic Colombo Lotus Tower. Committed to maximizing the tower's potential, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
The job profile
- Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries, documenting actions.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies.
- Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
- Participate in training opportunities provided by the Colombo Lotus Tower or by outside entities.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
Candidate's Profile
- Diploma or NVQ Level 04 or similar qualification from a recognized by the university grant commission.
- Minimum 02 years' experience in relevant field.
- Bilingual skills are mandatory (English is a must, Sinhala and Tamil will also be preferred) and other language fluency will be an added advantage.
- Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and other relevant software.
- Capable of working with team member and other department.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Age Below 35 years.
