Colombo Lotus Tower Management Company, a state-owned enterprise, is entrusted with the management and optimization of the iconic Colombo Lotus Tower. Committed to maximizing the tower's potential, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

The job profile

  • Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries, documenting actions.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies.
  • Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
  • Participate in training opportunities provided by the Colombo Lotus Tower or by outside entities.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.

Candidate's Profile

  • Diploma or NVQ Level 04 or similar qualification from a recognized by the university grant commission.
  • Minimum 02 years' experience in relevant field.
  • Bilingual skills are mandatory (English is a must, Sinhala and Tamil will also be preferred) and other language fluency will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and other relevant software.
  • Capable of working with team member and other department.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Age Below 35 years.
