Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and implement suitable management system structures for the organisation.
- Prepare and follow up on the management system implementation project plans. Effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants on project implementations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance of internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Submit compliance report to the management for decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate management systems into all business processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Science, Business Management or a related discipline from a recognised university.
- Diploma or professional qualifications in Quality Management.
- 4-5 years of experience in the field ideally in management system implementation and policy development.
- Exposure In ISO standards 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 is an important requirement. Experience as a lead auditor would be an added advantage. Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literacy in MS office package.
