Assistant Manager
Training & Development
Role Description - The Assistant Manager, Training & Development will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of learning and growth within LAUGFS Supermarkets (Pvt) Ltd.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Designing and developing training programs, materials, and resources.
- Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing employees.
- Providing on-the-job training and coaching as needed.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Tracking employee progress and performance through assessments and evaluations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for critical roles. (Succession Planning)
- Maintaining training records and documentation.
- Preparing reports and delivering presentations on Training and Development at management review.
- Managing training budgets and resources in an effective manner.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- A degree in HRM from a recognized University or Institution.
- A Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar capacity, Supermarket / Retail experience will be a definite advantage.
- Excellent knowledge in Training & Development and ongoing trends.
- Should be an outstanding & energetic personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
