Requirements
- Undergraduate or following a professional qualification in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Confident communicator with good communication skills in English and Sinhala is a must. (Tamil would be added advantage)
- Overall knowledge in HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Talent management.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and desire to work in a challenging environment.
- Proficiency in MS office packages.
