Ceyline is an industry-leading marine services Group of companies in Sri Lanka with Principals, Representations and Strategic Alliances around the world. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented young individuals to join our team in the following position.
Requirements:
- Executive - People Team
- Undergraduate or following a professional qualification in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in similar capacity.
- Thorough knowledge on payroll, statutory payments and labour laws are mandatory.
- Play a vital role to change the culture and contribute to learning and development activities.
- Confident communicator with good communication skills in English and Sinhala is a must. (Tamil would be added advantage).
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. Proficiency in MS office packages.
