JOB SUMMARY

  • HR Executive will establish and implement short and long-range objectives for the assigned department, oversee related functions and activities, and administer company policies and procedures.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support for functions of Human Resource and Administration
  • Plan for Local & International recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely execution Implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
  • Controlling payroll to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company's policy
  • Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organization
  • Lead on the employee relations aspects of proposed changes to the business structure
  • Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy
  • Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the department.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and present ideas & reports in various formats.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • CQHRM fully or partly qualified.
  • Two years of related experience in the industry required.
  • Knowledge of the philosophy, mission, leadership, and planning needs of the organization preferred.
