JOB SUMMARY
- HR Executive will establish and implement short and long-range objectives for the assigned department, oversee related functions and activities, and administer company policies and procedures.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support for functions of Human Resource and Administration
- Plan for Local & International recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely execution Implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
- Controlling payroll to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company's policy
- Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organization
- Lead on the employee relations aspects of proposed changes to the business structure
- Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy
- Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the department.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and present ideas & reports in various formats.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- CQHRM fully or partly qualified.
- Two years of related experience in the industry required.
- Knowledge of the philosophy, mission, leadership, and planning needs of the organization preferred.
