An opportunity awaits for the right candidate to be a digital banking specialist who can manage and optimize digital banking services and platforms offered by the Bank. The primary focus is on enhancing the customer experience and driving adoption of digital banking channels and payment platforms and alternate channels such as online banking, mobile banking, and digital payment platforms, agency banking, and cash management services. The selected candidate will work to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers through digital channels, increase digital engagement and usage, and improve overall customer satisfaction and revenue.
