An opportunity awaits for the right candidate to be a digital banking specialist who can manage and optimize digital banking services and platforms offered by the Bank. The primary focus is on enhancing the customer experience and driving adoption of digital banking channels and payment platforms and alternate channels such as online banking, mobile banking, and digital payment platforms, agency banking, and cash management services. The selected candidate will work to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers through digital channels, increase digital engagement and usage, and improve overall customer satisfaction and revenue.

The Job Role

  • Analytical skills for customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement, conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and developing marketing campaigns to promote digital banking services and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Developing, planning, and executing web, email, and social media campaigns for all alternate channels.
  • Increase the revenue from digital channels & alternate channels.
  • Innovate the touchpoints for the Bank and expand the existing infrastructure.
  • Measuring and reporting on digital marketing performance.
  • Manage new projects and lead the implementations and project management including the UATS for new products & services Managing day-to-day operations and maintaining efficient operational processes for all payment platforms and the bank's ATM and Agency network.
  • Ability to draft operational / process manuals and policies.

Experience & skills required

  • Previous experience in managing digital payment platforms.
  • Project managing, analytical and presentation skills (must be able to work with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Exposure to the Banking & fintech industry.
  • Any relevant professional qualifications Team player.
