Key Responsibilities
n
n- Supervise and support the daily spa operations and team.
n- Perform massage, facial, and body treatments to maintain high service standards.
n- Handle spa reception duties, including reservations, guest inquiries, payments, and guest follow-up.
n- Ensure excellent guest service and a smooth spa experience.
n- Assist with staff scheduling, daily task allocation, training, and team coordination.
n- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and treatment room standards.
n- Support the Spa Manager with daily operations, reports, stock control, projects, and other administrative duties.
n- Assist in promoting spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
n- Take charge of the spa operation in the absence of the Spa Manager.
n- Ensure all spa SOPs, policies, and service standards are consistently followed.

Requirements
n
n- 1-2 years of experience as a Spa Supervisor with previous hands on as a spa therapist in a 5 star brand.
n- Strong knowledge of spa treatments and guest service.
n- Able to perform treatments and work as a therapist when required.
n- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
n- Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
n- Willing to work long hours and support the team during busy operations.
n- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
