Requirements:
n
n- Successfully completed NVQ Level 3 or 4.
n- Diploma in IT, Electrical, or a related field.
n- Demonstrated ability to handle and manage customers effectively.
n- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and system installations.
n- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
n- Sinhala proficiency is preferred.
n- Conversational knowledge of English and Tamil will be an added advantage.
n- Possess a valid driving licence and own motorbike.
n- Willingness to travel across the assigned region as required.
