Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Identify and rectify technical faults efficiently.
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is an advantage.
- Technical qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
General Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work.
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to the required standard.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is an advantage.
- Basic technical knowledge in general maintenance.
- Ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
