We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (MEP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract QS functions.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documentation, and contract administration.
- Conduct cost analysis and monitor project budgets.
- Manage valuations, variations, interim payments, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on cost control matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in MEP projects.
- Proven experience in both Pre and Post QS activities.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and cost management.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to be based in Sri Lanka is mandatory.
