WHAT YOU WILL DO
- FIND COMPANIES
Research and identify potential companies in Gulf countries. Build a strong database of HR managers and decision makers. - APPROACH & BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
Contact HR managers and decision makers via calls, email, LinkedIn and other professional channels. - IDENTIFY REQUIREMENTS
Understand manpower needs, job roles, vacancies, salary, benefits, working conditions and other requirements. - BRING BUSINESS TO ASSIDUA
Convert conversations into genuine job orders and share requirements with our internal team. - MAINTAIN & GROW RELATIONSHIPS
Build long-term relationships and continuously follow up for future requirements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Female candidate
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Confident talking to international HR managers
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, client relations, HR or recruitment (preferred)
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Organized, target-driven and self-motivated
- Comfortable with international time zones
- Proficient in calling, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and follow-ups
