POSITION: QUANTITY SURVEYOR - TRAINEE
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for projects.
- Measure quantities for supply and installation works.
- Assist in preparing quotations and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Engineering, and Installation teams.
- Verify material quantities and site measurements.
- Maintain project costing and quantity records.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Age 22-30 years
- Diploma, NVQ Level 4/5, Quantity Surveying
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (basic level)
- Ability to read Architectural and MEP drawings
- Knowledge of cost analysis
- Previous experience in MEP/Air Conditioning projects will be an added advantage
- Good working knowledge in English with good PR Skills
