COMMERCIAL CONTROL EXECUTIVE
Wirth Lanka (PVT) LTD, a fully owned subsidiary of Würth Group Germany, is looking for a dynamic and passionate COMMERCIAL CONTROL EXECUTIVE to join our team at the Head Office - Makumbura.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor AR, collections, ageing and customer accounts.
- Track collection performance, collection days and sales.
- Follow up on unapplied payments, returns, delivery issues and order releases.
- Monitor credit limits, credit terms and commercial risks.
- Identify overdue and high-risk accounts and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain AR reports, trackers and management updates.
- Highlight credit policy violations and key commercial risks.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other relevant departments to resolve AR-related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Finance, Business Management; part qualification in CMA/CIMA/CA/ACCA is an advantage.
- 2-4 years’ experience in AR, Credit Control, Finance or a similar role.
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, with the ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
- Strong proficiency in English and Sinhala is a must.
- Preferred age: 25-40 years.
