SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER – TOURISM AND TOUR GUIDE OPERATIONS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the tourism industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, hotels and other hospitality partners.
- Promote and sell our cashew products to tourism partners and souvenir outlets.
- Coordinate with tour guides to promote our brand during tours and travel experiences.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our presence in the tourism sector.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular reports.
- Represent the company at tourism fairs, exhibitions and industry events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow sales channels within the tourism industry.
- Train and support tour guides in product knowledge and brand representation.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on tourism industry sales performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in sales, tourism, travel industry or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the tourism industry and tour guide networks is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in tourism sales, tour operations or account management.
- Excellent communication, relationship management and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive results.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.
