MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE - GALLE

JOB PROFILE

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of equipment. The role involves coordinating maintenance teams and contractors, monitoring machine performance, preparing work orders and reports, maintaining equipment records and critical spare parts, and supporting equipment installation and improvement projects. The Executive also ensures compliance with safety procedures, coordinating of maintenance activities with production, monitoring key maintenance KPIs, and maintaining proper housekeeping standards in maintenance areas.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Should have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• Should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Should have knowledge in pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, and utility equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills
• Should have experience in preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
