This role is responsible for providing clinical and technical application support to customers, ensuring the effective and correct use of medical device products. The position involves product demonstrations, conducting user training, developing customer competency across clinics, technicians, operators, and other end users, supporting product installation, implementation, application setup, and troubleshooting while working closely with commercial and technical teams, and gathering customer feedback and market intelligence to understand clinical workflows, application requirements, and opportunities to enhance product utilization and customer satisfaction.
The position serves as a key link between customers, the commercial team, technical teams, and product manufacturers.
