SALES EXECUTIVE – INDUSTRIAL FLOORING
Lankem Ceylon PLC, a market leader in industrial solutions, is expanding its Industrial Flooring Division and is seeking dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our growing team.
What you will lead:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Promote epoxy and polyurethane flooring systems to contractors, consultants, and end clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
What you will bring:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–4 years of sales experience in industrial flooring, construction chemicals, coatings, or related industry.
- Strong network within contractors, architects, and industrial clients is a definite advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Professional discipline in reporting, forecasting, and CRM usage.
- Valid driving/riding license with willingness to travel.
