BAR SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a passionate, experienced and customer-focused Bar Supervisor / Senior Barman to join our team at Breeze Garden, Seychelles Island.
If you have a strong background in bar operations, excellent communication skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences, we would love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate the bar team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers and spirits.
- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and bar setup.
- Manage stock, inventory and beverage costs.
- Handle customer requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Create a positive and professional atmosphere at the bar.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male candidates only.
- Below 40 years of age.
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience in a busy bar or hotel/restaurant environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage trends and bar operations is an advantage.
