KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n- Plan, organize, and supervise daily dairy production activities.
n- Monitor production targets, productivity, and wastage.
n- Manage production staff, shift schedules, and team performance.
n- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of production machinery.
n- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
n- Maintain production records, reports, and inventory documentation.
n- Identify process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
n

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
n
n- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Production Management, or a related field.
n- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role, preferably in the dairy or food manufacturing industry.
n- Good knowledge of dairy processing, quality assurance, and food safety standards.
n- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
n- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
n- Good communication, organizational, and computer skills.
