SERVICE ADVISOR (ORUGODAWATTA)

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at our Orugodawatta branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen attentively to customers’ concerns with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Check and identify vehicle problems through inspections and road testing
• Technically identify issues and provide clear explanations to customers
• Explain repair requirements and cost estimates, and obtain customer approval
• Coordinate with the workshop and spare parts department to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated until job completion
• Carry out final checks, prepare invoices, and ensure timely handover of vehicles
• Maintain service records, manage bookings, and follow up with customers

Qualifications:

• Should have followed a Diploma in Automobile Technology from a recognized Automobile Institute/Organization and sound technical knowledge in Automobile Engineering
• Should have minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity
• Ability to provide established standards of customer service through diagnostic services, assessment of repairs/maintenance and most importantly quality customer care
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala languages
• Age below 35 years
