MANAGER - AUDIT QUALITY MONITORING
As we continue to lead and transform, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is seeking a passionate and driven professional who embody responsibility, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence to take on this exciting role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute independent quality monitoring and conduct rigorous inspections of audit firms in alignment with Sri Lanka Standards on Quality Management (SLSQM).
- Analyse inspection findings, draft comprehensive reports on instances of non-compliance and identified gaps, and maintain detailed quality monitoring documentation.
- Support the implementation of quality management processes and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- Engage effectively with audit partners and key organisational stakeholders to articulate complex technical concepts, promote best practices, and strengthen public trust.
- Design and deliver training and awareness programmes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Be a Member of CA Sri Lanka with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience in an audit environment.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
- Demonstrate proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Show a strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively to audit partners and other stakeholders.
