As a Spare Parts Executive – Automobile, you will be the vital link between our company, dealers, and end customers, driving dealer support, network development, and revenue growth across the spare parts and service dealer network.
Job Profile
- Visit spare parts and service dealers per plan and check stock availability.
- Prepare monthly stock orders for dealers and educate them on stock levels.
- Appoint new dealers and drive dealer evaluation, upgradation, and development.
- Set and follow up monthly sales targets to achieve area allocation goals.
- Coordinate with service centers and arrange dealer promotions and technical training.
Personal Profile
- Diploma or NVQ Level 4 or higher in Automobile Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in spare parts sales or dealer management, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools, with a willingness to travel regularly.
