Senior Executive – HR & Performance Management

Positions : Senior Executive – HR & Performance Management
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead talent acquisition, interviews, hiring processes, and new hire orientation.
- Performance Management: Working with departmental heads to determine KPI's, Performance standards & Oversee performance appraisals.
- Training & Development: Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and professional development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage pay structures, health plans, and total rewards programs.
- Compliance and Policy: Ensure all workplace practices follow statutory, external and internal regulation.
- Employee Relations: Enhance cohesion, Mediate conflicts, address grievances, and support a positive workplace culture.
Pre-requisites :
- 2-5 Years' experience as an HR executive, preferably in service industry
- Professional / Academic Qualification in HRM
- An excellent command of English is a MUST.
- Charismatic, well-groomed, outgoing and forward individuals with pleasant personalities.
- Efficient, responsible, well-organized in what they do.
- Should be career oriented individuals who are ambitious and driven to achieve
- Optimistic, confident individuals who are willing to take up challenges.
