Showroom Manager - Supun Super Centre, Colombo
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and results-oriented Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations, drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall showroom operations to the highest standards
- Drive sales & marketing and achieve individual and showroom targets
- Develop new business through outbound, corporate & group sales
- Lead, motivate and manage the productivity of the sales team
- Ensure stock availability, product displays & promotions
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Own the showroom's sales growth and profitability
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in showroom management, retail sales or a similar managerial role
- Proven sales leadership and business development capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation and team management skills
- Ability to work towards targets and identify new business opportunities
- Good organisational, reporting and problem-solving skills
