PRODUCTION MANAGER

A public quoted FMCG company born in 1941 and still winning the trust and hearts of our consumers. We manufacture and market some of the best and trusted brands in the country with one of the largest distribution networks in Sri Lanka offering skin care, baby care, personal care, laundry care and household care products. We are the market leader in the herbal personal care product category with the second largest soap manufacturing facility and one of the best research & development labs in the country. We have a passion for making superior quality skin care products and recently we have expanded our range to new generation skin care products such as Shower gels, Gel bars, Colgnes, Creams and Lotions. We are passionate about bringing the best of nature’s care products to our consumers.

The Ideal candidate will process the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• B.sc degree in Production Management / Mechanical / Chemical or Physical Science form a recognized University.
• Should have at least 05 years’ experience in Manufacturing and Supervising Factory operations, Production planning, Raw material ordering and achieving production targets.
• Should process strong leadership skill and excellent labour management skills.
• Should be able to formulate, introduce and deploy production management strategies to ensure the desired production targets are achieved.
• Should be able to introduce productivity improvements and maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing workers on the use of all control points, equipment and resources and maintaining compliances with established regulations policies and procedures.
• Preferences will be given to the candidates who has experience and exposure in GMP and ISO 9001 certifications process.
• Age should be above 30 years and have excellent communication skills.
