Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager - Technical, where you'll assist in ensuring seamless product development and manufacturing excellence. In this role, you'll provide technical guidance to pattern technicians and sewing teams, ensuring patterns align with design intent and customer specifications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead technical meetings and address manufacturability challenges while maintaining effective communication to keep critical path deadlines on track. You will also oversee pattern accuracy, facilitate fit sessions, and ensure all samples meet the required standards before dispatch. To support a seamless production process, you will coordinate tech pack preparation and collaborate with factories to ensure efficient execution and successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Textile and Apparel or a related field and bring a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar capacity.
