Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager – After Sales to oversee and manage the after-sales operations of an automobile business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive after-sales services, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the automotive after-sales domain.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior managerial capacity.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive after-sales operations, service processes, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage teams and drive operational and service excellence.
- Strong customer-focused approach with good business and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall automotive after-sales operations, including service, repairs, maintenance, and customer support.
- Lead, manage, and develop the after-sales team to achieve operational and customer service targets.
- Ensure high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor service performance, productivity, revenue, and key operational indicators.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales revenue and customer retention.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient after-sales operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate corrective and improvement measures.
