Production Manager

We are Rhino Consultants & Facilitators (Pvt) Ltd, having ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 certified two manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka. We are manufacturing textile based health care products for the export market, and we have our own sales offices in the UK and USA. We are looking for an experienced and committed Production Manager to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily garment production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
- Monitor production efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Coordinate with merchandising, planning, quality, stores, and maintenance teams.
- Manage production staff and ensure effective manpower utilization.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production costs and minimize wastage and downtime.
- Prepare and review production reports and performance indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production process.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Textile/Apparel Manufacturing or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the apparel industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and industrial engineering is an added advantage.
- Age below 45 years.
