Transco Cargo(Pvt) Ltd is the Sri Lankan counterpart of the premier freight forwarding and turnkey logistic provider, Transco Cargo Australia (Pty) Ltd, with headquarters in Melbourne, Australia.

We are currently looking to recruit highly motivated and result-oriented candidates for the following positions:

Customer Services & Documentation Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Manage and organize documentation-related tasks.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• School leavers are mostly welcome to apply.
• Average English communication skills would be fine.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
