Chief Executive Officer
We are seeking a highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with exceptional leadership stature, strategic foresight, and a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive organizational growth, foster innovation, and steer the company toward long-term success.
As the CEO, you will have the unique opportunity to work within the Informatics Group of Companies, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to shape and execute the company’s strategic direction.

Responsibilities
- Creating and Implementing Informatics Vision and Direction.
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans to drive Informatics to the next level of evolution.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the company's overall strategies.
- Review both Financial & Non-financial reports with the aim of providing solutions for improvement.
- Build, guide, mentor and oversee executive leadership of the company.
- Build and Maintain relationships with key partners and Customers be their key point of contact.
- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
- Enforce adherence to legal and company policies to uphold the company's business ethics.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
Qualifications
- Below 50 years of age.
- Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial position.
- Bachelor's degree and/or MBA along with a professional qualification/membership in finance and/or business management from a recognized body.
- 5-10 years industry experience in a Senior Leadership position preferably in the IT sector.
- Driven problem solver.
- Experience in collaborating with global and local partners.
