HOTEL VACANCIES

(Based in Nuwara Eliya)

We are seeking passionate and results-oriented kitchen staff to contribute to the success of our two unique properties: The Pedro Barn Club House, a 10-bedroom boutique property within the exclusive Little England Cottages gated community and Hotel Glendower, a 10-bedroom historic property featuring a Chinese restaurant and iconic Irish pub.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity in Star Classed Hotels.
• Proven experience in all ranges.
• Professional Qualification in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
• Excellent practical knowledge in menu planning and Fine dining.
• Excellent understanding of food safety management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours when required.
• Good team players with good interpersonal skills.
