KITCHEN STAFF VACANCIES
WORK LOCATION : BOULDER GARDENS HOTEL, KALAWANA
A Well diversified conglomerate listed in the CSE, headquartered in Sri Lanka, with business presence ranging from Leisure, Tea, Renewable Energy, Investment Management and Advisory Services is scouting for Kitchen vacancies at Boulder Gardens Hotel, Kalawana. We are expanding rapidly and extensively and seeking a candidate who can match our speed, contribute significantly, and gain valuable experience and exposure.
Chef De Partie
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in professional kitchens, with at least 3 years in a Chef de Partie role or a senior Commis role with demonstrated leadership potential.
- Significant hands-on experience preparing and executing dishes in Western and Authentic Styles.
- Proven ability to manage the kitchen independently and efficiently.
- A strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, and minimizing waste.
- Excellent knowledge of and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Kitchen Trainees
- 1-2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Hands-on experience in preparing dishes in Western and Authentic Styles.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and its safe operation.
- A demonstrated willingness to learn and develop culinary skills across all cuisines.
- Experience of and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
