World of Outdoor was established in 2010, as a subsidiary of Avarna Ventures (previously known as Rainco Group), manufacturing outdoor furniture for the local and export hospitality industry & residential lifestyle market, creating atmosphere for relaxation with the true essence of Alfresco life style.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager – HR & Administration to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, processes, and creating a positive workplace culture.
You will be responsible for:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Organize and oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain employee records
- Oversee facility and general administration requirements
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
