Risk Management plays a vital role in guiding the strategic direction of LB Finance. The Risk Management Department functions as an independent oversight body, ensuring that all risk-related aspects are proactively addressed across the organization. It works in close partnership with business units, supporting them in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with their operations and processes.

Your Role: As the IT Risk Analyst, you will:

• Identify and evaluate IT risks across systems, networks, applications, and third-party vendors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses for IT systems and processes.
• Support regulatory compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to monitor and report on vulnerabilities.
• Maintain and update risk registers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Participate in incident response planning and business continuity activities.
• Prepare and present risk analysis findings to senior management and the Board of Directors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT risk management or information security.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with risk assessment tools, GRC platforms, and reporting tools.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC2 Certifications, ISACA Certifications are a plus.
