Chef De Partie / Chef for Traditional Sri Lankan Food / Demi Chef / I, II, III Commis Chef / Kitchen Helper Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Passion for cooking and learning new culinary techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Stewards Requirements
- Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen support role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Stewarding (Cleaning) Requirements
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemical usage.
- Familiarity with dishwashing equipment and kitchen tools.
- Good hygiene and personal cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
