Assistant Manager – HR & Admin
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and training programs.
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facilities.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of HR/Admin experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
