Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Obtaining and organizing papers related to the UK primary and secondary school curriculum, and collaborating with teachers to facilitate the process.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes are running smoothly, and that productivity and quality standards are met.
- Co-ordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, including developing and implementing new processes.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A degree or part professional qualification in a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a related field.
- Excellent command in English language, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
