Job Profile:

Are you someone with a friendly voice, a passion for customer service, and top-notch phone skills? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Executive and help us support our growing SME postpaid client base.

What You’ll Do:

  • Call new clients before activation to verify details
  • Guide clients through their first bill and usage
  • Stay in touch with regular health-check calls
  • Offer first-level support for enterprise telecom solutions
  • Handle callback requests and client inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication in English + Sinhala/Tamil.
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Familiarity with telecom products and services is an added advantage
  • Competency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to follow through
