Digital Customer Service (Outsourced)

Hutch Lanka is seeking an Executive – Digital Customer Service (Outsourced) to analyze customer data, manage system integrations, and optimize processes using SQL, Power BI, and RPA. Responsibilities include supporting CRM workflows, ensuring quality compliance through UATs, configuring CRM, IVR, and Chatbot systems, and handling bulk SMS/OBD campaigns. The role also involves enhancing customer engagement via CSAT, NPS, and CES metrics.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in SQL, MS Excel, Power Query, and Power BI for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, IVR, Chatbots, and system integrations.
  • Exposure to process automation (RPA) and workflow optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct UATs and ensure system quality compliance.
  • Experience in handling customer engagement metrics (CSAT, NPS, CES) is a plus.
