Job Profile:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Engineer or Assistant Engineer to join our team responsible for 24/7 international roaming network operations. The selected candidate will be entrusted with real-time monitoring of network performance, incident management, and technical issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. This role involves close collaboration with global partners, vendors, and internal teams to manage operational escalations and support ongoing network upgrades. You will play a critical role in maintaining service quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing timely reporting to support operational decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Good understanding of mobile telecommunications technologies (2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G)
- Competent in network monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Good Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with international roaming protocols and standards is considered as a plus point.
