KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review all warranty repair orders for accuracy and clarity.
• Check repair orders against service history to avoid duplicates.
• Keep records of all claims—submitted, rejected, or returned.
• Help service advisors close open warranty repair orders.
• Support advisors and technicians with warranty questions.
• Maintain a warranty parts room. Help with audits and send parts for inspection.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• G. C. E Advanced Level
• Automobile Certificate or the equivalent in reputed institute will be added advantage.
• General knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle mechanical operations.
