YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE

  • Support brand and communication strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Develop branding for new/existing products based on market insights.
  • Collaborate with NPD, sales, and marketing to shape product stories.
  • Ensure product messaging, packaging, and promotional materials clearly reflect brand identity and positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Execute brand campaigns, events, and CSR initiatives.
  • Manage digital platforms including website and social media.
  • Create content plans and monitor campaign performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ professional qualification in Marketing/ Business Management or any relevant field from recognized institution.
  • Possess a MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing or branding is must.
  • Solid understanding of product branding, market positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Skilled in content creation, social media tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in launching and managing brand identities is a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership capabilities.
