Job Profile
Human Resources
- Manage day-to-day overall HR related activities in the company.
- Drive end to end recruitment & selection process and ensure that vacant positions are filled with suitable and experienced individuals on a timely basis.
- Implement and execute strategic initiatives time to time delegated by the Management and ensure objectives are achieved.
- Implement employee engagement activities and roll out event calendar on a timely basis.
- Identify Training & Development needs of the staff and address them with a timely plan.
- Roll out annual/ bi-annual performance reviews of the staff.
- Reward and recognize employees on a timely basis based on their performance and execute employee recognition programs.
- Address employee related grievances, disputes and conduct disciplinary procedure according to the company policies and procedures.
- Sound knowledge in labour laws and awareness about new developments.
- Administer staff medical insurance and other insurance policies.
- Manage leave and attendance of the employees.
- Execute monthly payroll with the third-party service provider and ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Ability to initiate and drive various other HR related initiatives/projects.
Administration
- Manage the company’s petty cash float on a monthly basis.
- Ensure supplier payments are paid on a timely basis and establish a cordial relationship with the suppliers and banks.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
- Act as the key person responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and safety.
Candidate Profile
- A degree/professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field and 2-3 years in a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager capacity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to visit government institutions, banks etc. upon requirement.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the staff and the Management.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and hands-on experience in HRIS/ERP systems.
- Ability to work from 11 AM to 8 PM on weekdays.
