Finance Controller

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Manage financial operations, including treasury management, banking relationships, budgeting, and cost control.
- Develop and execute strategic financial plans to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee forecasting, resource optimization, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor & develop the finance team for high performance.
- Provide strategic insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 15+ years in finance management, including 5+ years in senior roles focused on strategic finance management.
- Fully qualified in CA, CIMA, or ACCA, demonstrating exceptional communication abilities, strong leadership, advanced analytical skills, and a proven capacity for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with computer skills, especially in Excel, and familiarity with ERP.
- Experience in the poultry industry is an added advantage.
