Executive Talent – Payroll Coordinator

Requirements

• Part qualification in HR/Finance/Accounting from a recognized institution or an undergraduate of the relevant discipline.
• Two years of proven experience in the field of Payroll Management.
• Proficiency in using payroll software tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports and manage records.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and support.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive data.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry of payroll information to maintain precise payroll records.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries and concerns.
• Generate payroll reports including tax reports and labor cost analyses.
• Conduct regular audits and verifications of payroll data to identify any discrepancies.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and stay updated with latest regulations and standards.
